Buyer Rules
Rules buyers must follow when purchasing products on AccsFarm.
- 1Read the full product title, description, quantity, delivery method, warranty and format before purchasing.
- 2Make sure the product matches your requirements before confirming an order. Do not buy first and ask for unrelated specifications later.
- 3Check delivered account details as soon as possible and keep all order-related communication inside AccsFarm messages or the dispute system.
- 4If a product is invalid or does not match its listing, open a dispute within the stated warranty period and provide clear evidence.
- 5Do not change important account information before testing the delivered product when such changes could prevent the seller or support team from verifying your claim.
- 6Do not misuse disputes, submit false claims, threaten sellers, or request a refund after receiving and successfully using a valid product.
- 7Never send extra payments directly to a seller outside the AccsFarm checkout system for an order listed on the marketplace.
- 8Protect your own AccsFarm login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless support determines otherwise.
- 9Use respectful communication. Spam, abuse, harassment and attempts to manipulate reviews or disputes are not allowed.
- 10Follow applicable laws and the terms of the third-party platform related to any product you purchase.
Seller Rules
Rules sellers must follow when listing and delivering products on AccsFarm.
- 1List only products you can actually deliver. Product titles, descriptions, quantity, location, account age, verification status, recovery details and warranty must be accurate.
- 2Do not reuse, duplicate or resell the same credentials to multiple buyers unless the listing explicitly describes a legitimate shared-use product.
- 3Instant-delivery stock must be valid and correctly formatted. Manual orders must be delivered within the delivery time shown on the product page.
- 4Respond to buyer questions and disputes promptly. Provide replacement or refund support when the product is invalid and the buyer's claim is covered by the stated warranty.
- 5Do not ask buyers to cancel a valid dispute, leave a positive review, or communicate outside the marketplace as a condition for receiving support.
- 6Do not provide misleading screenshots, fake stock information, false verification claims or inaccurate product characteristics.
- 7Do not attempt to bypass AccsFarm fees, payment flow or order tracking by directing buyers to pay you privately for marketplace orders.
- 8Keep enough replacement stock available for products advertised with a replacement or warranty period whenever reasonably possible.
- 9Seller accounts, store information and payout details must be accurate. Fraud, impersonation, coordinated review manipulation and multiple-account abuse are prohibited.
- 10Follow applicable laws and third-party platform terms. AccsFarm may remove listings or restrict sellers where necessary to protect marketplace users.
Important: These marketplace rules are intended to make transactions clearer and safer. AccsFarm may review order evidence, messages and product information when resolving disputes. Serious fraud, abuse or repeated rule violations may result in account or store restrictions.
